Miles 33 Partners with 3L System Group to Provide Yellow Page

Pagination and Ad Management

NORWALK, CT, January 5^th, 2009—3L System Group, a leading supplier of business systems to the yellow page industry, has selected Miles 33 for it’s Pagination and Ad Management technology.

With 3L’s recent successful entry into the US market (with their contracts and billing system named CORE), they required a high powered pagination system that could cut lead times for pages, increase revenue by expanding their customers’ sales window, and decrease cost with an integrated pagination solution. Miles 33 met all three requirements and were willing to integrate their solutions into the new 3L CORE environment.

“We saw in Miles a combination of blistering fast batch pagination for the initial pass of the books, coupled with very efficient interactive (drag & drop) makeup capabilities, which will allow our customers to deliver precisely the product they want on the street”, said Manuela Avantaggiato, Chief Operating Officer for 3L System Group.

Ad management is also part of the deal. Miles 33 has been selling its field-proven Ad Management package to newspapers for years, but the 3L-Miles 33 partnership represents the first opportunity for yellow page applications in the US. “We are delighted to sign our first yellow page order in the US for the Ad management system, and look forward to providing this technology to our US yellow page customer base moving forward. 3L should be a great reference and partner for us”, said Don Sullivan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Miles 33.

The Pagination system is scheduled to be live in January of 2009; the Ad Management system will follow in June, in concert with the new CORE contracts system from 3L .
